Terms & Conditions — nn33ln Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the nn33ln website at nn33ln.app, its mobile browser interface, and all related services, tools, and features made available to registered users.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to nn33ln and its operators, including its management team, staff, and authorized representatives.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the nn33ln platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a player upon completing the nn33ln registration process, which grants access to real-money gameplay and platform features.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a registered user on any game, sports event, or other activity offered through the nn33ln platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives issued to a player's account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player using a supported Philippine payment method (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, or USDT TRC20) and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by nn33ln before full account access and withdrawal functionality are enabled.

To register and use the nn33ln platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a firm requirement in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online casino and sports betting activities. nn33ln strictly enforces this age restriction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of nn33ln, nor a member of any such person's immediate family living in the same household.
• You must not be self-excluded from nn33ln or from any other gaming platform through a cross-operator exclusion program that applies to nn33ln.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Each eligible user is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) nn33ln account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in — whether by you or another person using your credentials — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified nn33ln of unauthorized access.

• You must notify nn33ln immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team.
• nn33ln will never contact you by phone, email, or chat to request your account password. Any such request is not from nn33ln and should be reported immediately.
• You should enable OTP two-factor authentication on your account to significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
• nn33ln reserves the right to lock an account pending identity verification if unusual login activity is detected.

All nn33ln accounts are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawal functionality is enabled. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID. nn33ln may request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified period may be restricted or closed.

nn33ln supports the following Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (deposits only), Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless the USDT TRC20 method is used, in which case the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction applies.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your nn33ln account dashboard. nn33ln reserves the right to update these limits with reasonable notice.

nn33ln targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts during normal operational hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. nn33ln is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.

• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified account in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• nn33ln reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

nn33ln offers various promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and sports betting boosts. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of opt-in, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification on their nn33ln account.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are wagered first; bonus funds are applied once the real-money balance reaches zero during an eligible session, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal request is submitted before wagering requirements have been completed.
• nn33ln reserves the right to cancel any bonus, free spin award, or promotional credit if it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting a promotion, using automated play, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse.

All games available on the nn33ln platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the individual game rules explicitly state otherwise.

All slot games, table games, and virtual games on the nn33ln platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by nn33ln, the game provider, or any player. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel.

Sports betting markets on the nn33ln platform, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and sabong, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the Sports section of the platform. All pre-match and in-play wagers are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. nn33ln reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing mistakes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or connectivity failure during an active game session, nn33ln will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state from server records. Where a game state cannot be recovered, the relevant wager will be returned to the player's real-money balance. Winnings generated during a session affected by a verified technical malfunction may be voided at nn33ln's reasonable discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nn33ln platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account in any manner.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account's lifetime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit bonus structures, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit the platform, its odds systems, or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to process funds of illegal origin. nn33ln is required by Philippine law to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Abusing customer support, including making false claims, chargebacks, or fraudulent dispute filings against nn33ln.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to nn33ln support immediately; failure to do so and retention of any resulting gains will be treated as fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nn33ln staff or other players through any communication channel on the platform.

nn33ln is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control of their experience at all times.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings panel. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive in-platform notifications after a set period of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nn33ln platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any nn33ln platform content without express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the nn33ln platform.
• Use the nn33ln brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the nn33ln platform on another website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nn33ln shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses, even if nn33ln has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nn33ln does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While nn33ln makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and data integrity, it does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

nn33ln's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

• nn33ln is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• nn33ln is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• nn33ln is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other supported methods.

nn33ln collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the nn33ln platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by nn33ln includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, address, contact details, government ID information, payment method details, and gameplay history. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement purposes.

nn33ln will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law. nn33ln reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months where a balance remains.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

Upon account closure for any reason other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance in the account (excluding bonus funds and any winnings under investigation) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method within ten (10) business days .

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

In the event of a conflict between any translated version of these Terms & Conditions and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by nn33ln's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
